What really sets me apart is experience. I’ve been in real estate for over 20 years, and I’ve worked through great markets, challenging markets, and everything in between. That means I don’t panic, I don’t guess, and I don’t chase trends—I guide you with perspective.

I’m very hands-on. When you work with me, you’re working directly with me—from our first conversation all the way through closing. I stay involved, accessible, and proactive so nothing falls through the cracks.
